On Monday the 19th of March 2007, Sky removed Rapture from the EPG. Rapture continued to broadcast off the EPG for several weeks after this, and could still be added to and viewed via a Sky set top box.

However, Sky customers calling to ask about Rapture's disappearance were told a different story and led to believe that Rapture had closed down, which was completely untrue.
