Rapture/Ofcom Memo
27th May 2008
On the 23rd of February 2007 Rapture TV attended a meeting at Ofcom’s offices in London. Ofcom presented the memo below as a record of that meeting. However Rapture TV found that after the first paragraph there was 2 questions asked Mr. Henry that were missing from the record. Mr. Henry requested a full transcript on or recording from Ofcom under a freedom of information act request. Ofcom refused the request.

The question that was asked was simply ‘Who owns the (Sky) set top box?’ Ofcom refused to answer the question and the question was then asked again. Ofcom again refused to answer the question. After this the record of the meeting appears to quite accurate. Ofcom claimed that the memo and it details were available freely in public, this however was not the case. Rapture is happy to help Ofcom fulfil its claim.
