Click here to view the document (PDF, 120k) David Henry of Rapture said "The Competition Appeal Tribunal has granted Rapture permission to amend our appeal, and a public ruling has today been handed down which gives details on the reasons for granting permission. The case continues to be tabled for a hearing on the 18th of December 2007 with an additional day on the 19th of December 2007". He added "Rapture will not release any information about the case that is not in the public domain for legal reasons. Rapture wishes to thank all of the individuals and media businesses that have been supportive during the run up to the hearing of the case". |
